What do I get when I license a template?

It varies from design to design, but one thing does NOT vary - that is - what you see is what you get.  You'll get more than what you see, but at a minimum, you will get what you see.  We zip the entire web that is previewed by you, including the blank page template(s) available for each design, and any potentially needed files, such as photoshop files and/or .fla flash source files.

How do I get the template after licensing?

Assuming there were no issues during your payment processing, you will immediately be redirected to your Member Account page, which shows your purchase history along with the links to download.  If there were issues during your payment processing and the payment was made but you were NOT redirected, please e-Mail us or telephone us and we will push the item into your account.  Any templates licensed through our company will remain in your history, so if you need to come back and re-download in the future, it will be there.

How do I open the template?

When you download, you are downloading a zip file.  Save it to your Downloads, your Desktop, or wherever you choose.  You will then unzip the file to whatever directory you keep your webs in, to your desktop, or wherever you wish.  Open Expression Web, navigate to the new site, and open it.  If this is your first purchase, we have prepared a short video with complete instructions for unzipping your web and then opening it within Expression Web 3.
